The end of this week marked the end of the Belle de Botti festival. During the festival we witnessed some serious Italian partying coellexsed with some serious Italian Sax. Walking through the town at night was like a really large music festival with a different concert on each corner. The streets howled with varying tunes of American classic rock performed with an Italian accent, Italian Hip-Hop, and my personal favorite, new age American funk with some Italian words thrown in. The true heroes of the 3rd genre were the one and only, Elefunk. it doesn't get much better than the musical wonders that were Elefunk. Here is a brief taste, although it does not do it justice.
Fun fact: I own 45 different hats similar to the style of the guitar player.
The rest of this week, after the festival ended, was mostly dedicated to late nights at the Fortezza doing some vigorous school work.
